As we know that every year MKCL is increasing our knowledge by introducing various courses. In order to give a better knowledge of these courses to students first of all our ALC’s need training of it. Therefore from the year, 2018 MKCL has created a new post called ‘Training Intern’. For this post, the company has selected some talented members having knowledge of these courses. Now Training Interns are giving training to ALC’s or LF’s of new courses. Because of it ALC’s are getting detailed knowledge in a proper way and they are becoming confident to run these courses in their centers.

 

Till now in different regions of Maharashtra, various training has conducted by Training Interns e.g. KLiC Hardware and Networking, KLiC Desktop support, KLiC IOT, KLiC English, KLiC Programming, ALC Readiness, KLiC Autocad, etc.  Nearly 4000 ALC’s have trained. Apart from these training interns are also taking seminars, demos, workshop,s etc, in the educational institutions to spread the knowledge of the new courses and to make them ready to face the challenges of the 21st century.
